Requirements:


		Original passport with at least 8 months validity at the time of traveling.
		Original CNIC.
		4 Photos with off-white background “4x6 cm Umrah visa size”.
		Meningitis Vaccination.
		Polio vaccination “Under 16 years”.
		Mehram’s Affidavit.

In case the relationship can’t be established from CNIC or Nikah Nama.

		25-30 days would be required for visa processing and other arrangements, Urdam Tours & Travels shall however not be responsible for any delay or rejection of visa either from the Ministry of Hajj and or Saudi Consulate.
		Hotels and all prices mentioned above are subject to change without prior notice and shall not be valid during Peak seasons i.e. Week-ends, Shaban, Ramadan & Hajj - in case of non availability of rooms in any of the listed properties, the Umrah visitor (s) will be offered alternate accommodation of the same categories.
		Extra Night (s) & change in program can be arranged upon request, so prices in that case would be different which must be consulted-obtained before finalization of bookings.
		Kab’a-Haram View and BB as well as weekend supplements in some of the 4* - 5* hotels will apply as per concerned hotel’s policy.
		One child under 5 years sharing accommodation with parents is free; visa processing charges shall however apply @ US$ 100-00.
		On applying Visa approval US$ 100-00 shall be charged regardless the outcome of Visa “Either refused or rejected”.
		Change (s) in policy-procedures by Pakistan Government and or Saudi Government, shall must be abide by Urdam Tours & Travels and the Umrah visitor.
